As soon as the order is placed, the nearest courier will be assigned and complete the delivery in a short time.
After logging into the app, go to the “Create Order” section and enter the following information:
- Pickup address
- Delivery address
- Courier type
- Delivery type
Then submit your order.
The delivery fee is automatically calculated based on:
- Distance between pickup and delivery locations
- Courier type (walking, bicycle/moped, car)
- Service type (standard, express, scheduled)
If the courier has not yet accepted the order, you can cancel it by tapping the “Cancel” button on the order screen.
If the courier has already accepted the order, cancellation may be limited and a cancellation fee may apply.
Once a courier accepts your order, their name and phone number will appear on the order screen. You can contact them directly.
Your active orders will appear in the “My Orders” section.
You can also track the courier’s location and delivery progress on the map.
You can choose from the following payment methods:
- In-app wallet
- All banks via QPay
- Social Pay
- WeChat Pay
- International cards
The app provides the following options:
- Allow Once – Allow one time
- Allow While Using App – Allow while using the app
- Don’t Allow – Do not allow
If location access is denied, the app may not be able to determine your location and order creation may be limited.
The wallet PIN code is a 4-digit security code used to protect payments within the app.
Yes. You can save frequently used addresses such as home or work in the “Saved Addresses” section for quicker selection in future orders.
Delivery time depends on distance, traffic, and delivery type.
Express delivery is usually completed in a shorter time.
If you encounter any issues related to delivery, you can submit a request through the “Feedback” section.
You can rate the courier and leave feedback by selecting the order from the “Order History” section.
You can submit your rating within 1 hours after the order is completed. After that, rating will no longer be available.
